Here is a small bonus for GTA3Console users. As you know, you can share your
locations by sharing the "GTA3Locations.ini" file. Just copy the file in your
GTA3Console directory, and run the console (make sure you bakup your old ini
file to keep your old warp locations safe). With this location file, you can
warp the player (and his car) to all of the 100 Hidden Package Locations. Happy

Here is the most wanted part of the admin console - its source code. Fellow
developers, please do not forget to inform me of your updates, additions and
changes. I have enough space on this server for different versions of the
console. This source code bundle has also all documentation and comments I made
during the development (except for the excel file - see below).

This is the excel file that I have generated during the development. Yes, it is
huge with 25 Mb size, but it includes almost every development aspects for
further development (ie. mission and sub-mission memory dumps with location
offsets and explanations for almost every memory location / value;
pedestrian/player/weapon/car memory dumps with different cars; a lot of
excel-macros for reading/writing to the GTA3 memory without hooking GTA3 process
etc.)
